Is the Princess Okay After Surgery?!

Where is Kate Middleton?

It’s the question every concerned royal family fan is asking over and over again. As days turn into weeks turn into months, very little is being said about Kate’s condition after her surprise ‘abdominal surgery’.

While the palace hinted that they wouldn’t be releasing information unless necessary, fears are growing with every new development.

Prince William is canceling events, no one has seen the kiddos, and there’s even a report that Kate has reached out to Meghan Markle to make amends.

So what is going on? And really, where is Kate Middleton?!

Kate’s Disapperance – Follow By Prince Williams

On the morning of February 27, Prince William canceled an appearance at a memorial for his late godfather, King Constantine II of Greece, citing a “personal matter” for the last-minute change to his schedule.

This set into motion panic and confusion from all around the world.

Because anything any member of The Royal Family does or says is likely to create an uproar?

Yes, partially.

But perhaps more importantly, his wife Kate Middleton underwent abdominal surgery on January 16. Many observers were curious and concerned that her husband canceled this appearance because something had gone wrong in her recovery.

Thankfully, Kensington Palace jumped in to assuage these concerns.

Where Is Kate Middleton?

Simply put, the “Princess of Wales, who is recovering from abdominal surgery, continues to be doing well,” the Palace said via statement a couple hours ago.

The message was dropped about a month after Middleton was released from a two-week hospital stay following the aforementioned procedure.

At the time, the Palace shared that Kate had “returned home to Windsor to continue her recovery from surgery. She is making good progress.”

They also explained then that the Princess would likely not return to royal duties until Easter, which is at the end of March.

We were never told the medical condition that prompted this surgery, but we suppose even Kate Middleton is entitled to a bit of privacy, you know?

Kate Middleton Rep Scrambles to Torpedo Conspiracy Theories

Despite assurances from the Palace, all the chatter regarding Kate Middleton and her condition refuses to go away.

Some rumors started swirling that she was in a coma; other reports drudged up cruel speculation about eating disorders.

In order to once again try to quell concern about Kate and to put to rest any sort of conspiracy theories regarding what the heck is going on , a spokesperson for the Princess Kate said on February 29:

“We were very clear from the outset that the Princess of Wales was out until after Easter and Kensington Palace would only be providing updates when something was significant.”

Kate Middleton’s Condition Today.

A source close to Middleton spoke to People Magazine a short time ago and did verify that there was a “serious” nature this this surgery, but also added:

“She is in great hands and will have lots of care and support at home and is a fit young woman. I am sure she will bounce back.”

Prince William, meanwhile, had planned to cut back his own role within his famous family to help his spouse recuperate… but then King Charles was diagnosed with cancer.

As a result, Royal correspondent Sharon Carpenter told E! News on February 6:

“We expect to see Prince William, if needed, obviously step up on behalf of his father when it comes to certain engagements.”

A day later, the Prince of Wales attended a charity dinner and told those in attendance, in regard to both his dad and his wife:

“I’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the kind messages of support.”
